Foster Postsecondary Success Program
Home / Foster Postsecondary Success Program
The Minnesota Education and Training Voucher (ETV) program provides up to $5,000 a year to help students under the age of 26 who have aged out of foster care pay for college tuition and fees, room and board, books, supplies and living expenses. This money does not need to be paid back.
Join the Foster Postsecondary Success Advisory Board!
We are recruiting a Foster Postsecondary Success Advisory Board of young people who were ever awarded an ETV grant, those who currently use the ETV funds, and those who have previously used the ETV grant. We are looking for up to 10 representatives who have diverse backgrounds (geographically, type of postsecondary experience, race, gender, sexuality, and other experiences.) Leaders are compensated for their time and talent.
